We make it easy for you to upload your files through our website portal. In order to ensure proper file transfer we recommend reading a few reminders. If you need help in preparing the file, just call our helpful staff and we’ll try our best to provide the solution you need. By creating a secured file will save you time and money. We are happy to pre-flight your file in advance of placing your order to check compatibility issues. We recommend that files are “Stuffed” (Mac) or “Zipped” (PC) before uploading to ensure file integrity.

When designing digital files intended for both off & digital printing it is essential that all of the assets are created in a high definition format.

Ensuring a high quality print job is as simple as making sure all photos & images in your digital files are at least 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch).
BLEED
You need to apply a 1/8" bleed when the graphic or the background of your composition travels all the way to the end of the paper to prevent any trim issues.

Lastly, include crop marks will all the files that blend to show the final page size.
